LaserCanvas

For machine makers

Bring LaserCanvas to your customers

A browser workspace for designing, preparing and running laser jobs on Windows, macOS and Linux, with a free Basic plan. Help us test your machine and give your customers another software option alongside the tools you already recommend.

What we offer

Nothing for you to ship
Customers open a link, with no separate desktop app to install or update. LaserCanvas runs on Windows, macOS and Linux. USB control uses desktop Chrome or Edge.
Listed after hands-on testing
Listings require our testing or documented confirmation from an independent user or reviewer who used LaserCanvas on that model. Manufacturer confirmation alone does not qualify.
Results specific to your model
We document the hardware, firmware, functions tested and any limitations. Testing one model does not qualify a manufacturer’s other models for a listing.
Check the whole workflow
We check connection, configuration, framing, cutting, scoring, engraving and job control on the unit, including laser mode, limits, homing and the controller’s power scale.

Start with a test unit

We welcome complimentary machines that we can keep for compatibility testing, profile development and ongoing support. After a successful test, your model receives a public compatibility profile and report. We would also like you to recommend LaserCanvas alongside your existing software options.

We run the workflow on that unit ourselves. Once the model passes our compatibility checks, we publish a report with the tested firmware and any limitations, then add it to the public machine list. Your customers can use its tested profile with the free Basic plan.

A complimentary unit supports testing and does not guarantee a positive result. We disclose supplied hardware and publish the supported functions and limitations. If a loan suits you better, we agree the test period and return arrangements before shipping.

Models can also qualify through documented confirmation from an independent user or reviewer who has used LaserCanvas on that exact model. Manufacturer specifications and confirmations alone are insufficient.
